The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rohtas P.S.Case No. 221 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,323,341,384 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and 11 and 17 of unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner along with others assaulted the informant and forcibly taken him away to forest area as demand of levy was not fulfilled and the informant identified the petitioner and one other person. Submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Whereas learned counsel for the State submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner and he was identified by the informant and named in the FIR and he has two

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected, however, he may renew his prayer of bail after six months of framing of charge.
