Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier vide detailed order dated 16.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14655 of 2023, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any new ground

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
