JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Heard Dr. Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Fahimuddin , learned A.P.P. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29927 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 examined.

Keeping in view the fact that earlier on merit prayer for bail was rejected, there is no point for reviewing my earlier order.

The bail petition again stands rejected.

While dismissing it is desirable to observe that the learned trial court may take steps for early disposal of the trial. At the same time, the concerned Superintendent of Police is also directed to ensure production of witnesses during the trial. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Superintendent of Police.
