ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 16.9.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.24033 of 2016. In view of the fact that there was a bona fide mistake on the part of the petitioner in not furnishing the bail bond and there being no effective communication between the petitioner and his Counsel, let the time fixed for surrender in the order dated 16.09.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.24033 of 2016 be extended by a further period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period, anticipatory bail granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11292 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 16.09.2016 shall stand revoked automatically.

The modification application stands allowed.
