The petitioner has endeavoured to question the election of the respondent no.7 to the post of Chairman, Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Anayay under Parsa Block in the District of Saran.
In view of the stipulation present in Section 14A of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 read with the provisions of sections 10 and 12 of the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008 this writ petition is misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.
