The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26945 of 2019 vide order dated 26.04.2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 12.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
