JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the brother and sisters-in-law of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners and other family members assaulted the informant, tore her cloths and snatched jewellery.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. For the occurrence of 02.06.2014 the FIR was lodged on 04.06.2014 and the informant received simple injury.

No.23617 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on deposit of `7,000/- each before the learned court below which will be released in favour of the informant, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
