This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Forty liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1388 of 2017) to the satisfaction of Shema Eram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, or successor Court on completion of three months in custody.
