JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-354A, 354D, 452, 366A, 511, 367, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that the petitioner having come at the home of the informant along with others, tried to kidnap the informant's daughter but on intervention of villagers, he fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in course of trial, the witnesses were declared hostile and the petitioner is in jail custody since 31-03-2016.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32986 of 2016 (8) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
