JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.04.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.79092 of 2018, in connection with Lalganj Police Station Case No.05 of 2013, on the ground that in the second last paragraph of the order it has wrongly been mentioned that Rajesh Kumar has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail instead of regular bail and further submission is that time may be extended to surrender.

In view of the facts as stated above, order dated 15.04.2019 passed in aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous No.79092 of 2018, in the last but one paragraph the word anticipatory bail be read as regular bail and other operative portion of the order shall remain intact. Further petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 56770 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 directed to surrender within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also made clear that no further indulgence be given to the petitioner.
