2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 27/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) and 318(4) of B.N.S. and Section 66(C)(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner, along with the other accused persons, is alleged to have committed a fraud of Rs. 2,30,000/- against the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 24.03.2026. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39775 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
