The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 13 liters of illicit country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Since the case was registered in 2006, this Court is not inclined to interfere but considering the quantity of recovery it is case for consideration of regular bail if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order in connection with Trial No. 316 of 2013, arising out of Excise Case No. 20 of 2006 pending in the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45586 of 2014 (2) dt.24-12-2014 2 / 2 of the learned J.M.Ist Class, Motihari, East Champaran.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
