This modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 02-03-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8043 of 2015, this court directed the petitioner to surrender before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/concerned court in connection with Complaint Case No. 336 of 2014 within four weeks but due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the abovesaid court within the time, as framed by this court and accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21915 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 a prayer has been made to extend the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this modification petition is allowed and the order dated 02-03-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8043 of 2015 is modified to the extent that petitioner is directed to surrender within further four weeks' from today and if, the petitioner does so, the concerned court shall proceed in the light of order dated 02-03-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8043 of 2015.
