Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of the POCSO Act. Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she specifically stated that it was co- accused Niranjan Kumar who took her at Bombay where she was made captive and on her call, police came there and rescued her and brought her to the concerned police station where police forcibly got her statement. The victim has, nowhere, stated against the petitioner in respect of kidnapping but at para 4 of her statement, she suddenly stated that the petitioner had also established physical relation with her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
