In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Buniadganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A)(e), 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. An allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kept 15 liters of Mahua liquor. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 21.6.2016.
