JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 341, 342, 323, 307, 364(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report, the son of the informant was kidnapped by 4-5 unknown persons. The informant has further alleged that Raj Mangal Sah told that Manoj Kushwaha (petitioner) alongwith Vicky Kumar, Amarnath Thakur etc. were at the shop of country made liquor. Manoj Kushwaha and Vicky Kumar told not to go there as some occurrence is taking place. It has been submitted that Vikash Kumar @ Vicky Kumar has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 21.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7885 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8719 of 2017 (3) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
