The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 266 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 20 (i) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

Taking into consideration the huge quantity of the stalk of ganja cannabis, which was being grown in the fields belonging to the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
