Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 282 of 2013 initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code but later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Taking into consideration that name of petitioner came in dying declaration of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 282 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
