JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Piar P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. There is recovery of illicit liquor from the hut of one Mahesh Sahani and the villagers have disclosed that petitioner is residing in the hut.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no recovery of liquor from the house of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the materials collected during the course of investigation disclosed that she is residing in that hut as renter and there is recovery from the hut.
