Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020 for the offence under section 25(1b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case double barrel gun with 3.12 live cartridges were recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.3.2020. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.3.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36549 of 2020(2) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020.
