2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 364, 337, 380, 120(B), 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier granted provisional bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 7870 of 2020, however, since petitioner was in custody in some other case, he could not approach the Court below within time and furnish bail-bond. Petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Sherghati, District - Gaya in connection with Sessions Trial No. 810/2023, 1511/2023, arising out of Imamganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017, with following conditions: "(i) Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date, as fixed by the Court, and on his absence on two consecutive dates, without prior permission/sufficient reason, his bailbond shall be cancelled by the Court below. (ii) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that event, prosecution would be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner."
