The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession as well. In six other cases in which he was earlier made accused and about which reference has been given in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, he has been granted bail. A similarly

The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2020. Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 415 of 2019.
