Allegation against the appellant, as appears from the written report of the informant, who is Manager of Canara Bank, Pareo is that the appellant entered inside his chamber and tried to obstruct him in doing his official duty as well as abused him and also assaulted him by slaps, which resulted into the injury on his mouth. It is also stated that he belongs to SC category , as such the petitioner has assaulted and abused him. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the Manager of the Bank is a local person and he has lodged the several complaints against the Manager before the Circle Head Canara Bank, Bihar and the villagers have also made complaint about the same, as such he has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned Spl.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the informant being S.C. category and also a government servant has been assaulted in his own chamber and abused also..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant, however, he may surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
