Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323 and 307 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37559 of 2025(3) dt.30-10-2025 2/3 2, at the outset, submits that parties have compromised the case. It is next submitted that parties have agreed that petitioners' side would pay an amount of Rs. 6.50 lakh, out of which an amount of Rs. 5 lakh has been paid, as such Rs. 1.5 lakh is yet to be paid in terms of the Compromise dated 10-9-2025.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2, it is submitted that the due amount shall be paid on or before 6-12-2025, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2 submits that since it has been submitted that the left over amount shall be paid on or before 6-12-2025, hence the anticipatory bail application is not being opposed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 582 of 2020, subject to the conditions as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37559 of 2025(3) dt.30-10-2025 3/3 laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.

However, the OP No. 2 shall be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners, in the event, if the petitioners do not pay the left over amount of Rs. 1.5 lakh in terms of the Compromise dated 10-9-2025.
