In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.7, 11 and 14 as also in view of the order dated 17.07.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Jamui, as contained in Annexure-A to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and no case for initiation of contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.2469 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2016 proceeding against the opposite parties herein is made out. In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is dismissed.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order dated 17.07.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Jamui (Annexure-A) in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/court.
