The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.204 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 447, 448, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427, 504, 506, 354B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that both the parties assaulted each other and both sides have injured, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50827 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.204 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
