Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

1035 litres of liquor was recovered from a pickup van of which petitioner was owner.

Submission is that petitioner had no knowledge about the liquor which was being carried by the driver of the vehicle without information to the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
