The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 341, 323, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's lands were purchased by the petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5, though the petitioner no. 2 is witness.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 are bona fide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20955 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 purchasers and their names have been given in a Land Dispute Case No. 49 of 2013. The order has been passed in favour of the petitioners, whereas petitioner no. 2 is witness.

Considering the fact that the alleged sale deed was not executed by the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 107 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
