The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 160, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of opening firing upon the police (informant) and the police caught one person as well as seized five empty cartridges and other accused persons fled away from the place.

He further submits that petitioners have not been apprehended at the spot. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no one has sustained any injury. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 447 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
