JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and APP for the State. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 406 and 379 IPC.

Having no criminal antecedent the petitioner is said to in custody since 3.2.2018 it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no concern with the alleged parking and he has not issued any parking receipt to the informant. Learned counsel submits that merely on the basis of suspicion he has been implicated in this case as there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner is working as caretaker in the parking area. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

(b) He/she will be well represented on each date and if he/she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his/her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
