The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the motorcycle of the informant was stolen by unknown person.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have purchased the stolen motorcycle. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is stolen property. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the
