JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner took `1,50,000/- from the informant for transfer of land but neither the sale deed was executed nor the money was returned and when the informant went to demand the money, petitioner snatched wrist watch when co-accused Parmanand Pandit snatched cash of `500/- from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no documentary proof has been brought on record that the agreement was executed and only `5,000/- was given to the petitioner but since the informant failed to make payment of

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
