Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50000 of 2021(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 State.

This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 18.12.2020, passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No.1942 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to inadvertence, name of the petitioner no. 10 has wrongly been mentioned in the cause title of the aforesaid order as Arjun Mandal in place of Ajen Mandal. Similarly, name of petitioner no.12 has wrongly been mentioned as Sanjeev Mandal in place of Rajeev Mandal.

In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed.

Let the name of petitioners no. 10 and 12 be read as Ajen Mandal and Rajeev Mandal respectively in the cause title of order dated 18.12.2020.

Period of surrender of the petitioners is also extended by further six weeks.

Order dated 18.12.2020 is modified/corrected to this extent.
