The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 754 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that ultimately toilet has been fully prepared and there is only a delay in preparation, the petitioners deserve to be granted anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the toilet has been prepared, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released
