2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 249, 109, 61(2), 351(2) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim when he was going to Rosera.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case no bullet injury has been caused to the alleged victim.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43808 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025.
