Petitioner is accused in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered under Sections 363/366(a)/ 504/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The first information report is lodged after three weeks of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2) denied the alleged occurrence and specifically stated that she got married with the petitioner and wants to live with the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019.
