Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner was apprehended while he was fleeing away with the bag of the informant from the running train.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated as there was dispute with the informant for occupying the seat. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3623 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran (Chapra)/successor Court in connection with Chapra Rail Police Station Case No. 67 of 2016, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be resident of within jurisdiction of the court below.
