Patna High Court MJC No.1649 of 2023(4) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 Tharthari, District-Nalanda, has already take appropriate steps and in fact, 20 encroachments have been removed and as far as the remaining 5 are concerned, the said encroachments have been made by landless people, in whose favour land has already been settled elsewhere, hence, the remaining encroachment shall also be removed within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.
