The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his son with rod on their head. It is submitted that there is a case and counter-case. The injury found on the head of the informant is simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
