The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 550 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The recovery has been made from the joint house of the petitioner and co-accused.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
