2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with others has assaulted the informant and his brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case arose out of dispute between the parties and a free fight took place between the parties resulting in case and counter case. It is further submitted that there is allegation of assault by knife and the injury has been found to be lacerated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38488 of 2026(2) dt.11-06-2026 2/2 caused by hard and blunt substance as would be evident from Annexure-P/3 and P/3(1). By way of supplementary affidavit, a compromise petition has been brought on record indicating that on account of intervention of well wishers, the matter has now been compromised between the parties and the said compromise has also stood supported by the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2026.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the dispute between the parties has been reconciled, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai/concerned Court below in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2026.
