JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI CAV JUDGMENT Date: 11 -12-2015 Petitioner filed the present writ application to appoint him as a Principal of a constituent college under Magadh University in view of his selection made by the University authorities as is evident from Annexure- 2 or to restore his merit position and appoint him in terms of Annexure- 1 to the writ application. Such a relief cannot be granted to the petitioner in view of a very detailed judgment, which has been rendered by this Court in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19387 of 2014 dt.11-12-2015 2/2 CWJC No.19620 of 2014 on 10.12.2015, which is case of Dr Bimal Prasad Singh and others v. the State of Bihar and others. The Court has quashed the entire selection which includes Annexures 1 and 2 to the present writ application. If two annexures are non-existent now, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the above circumstance. The rationality and reasons provided by this Court in its judgment dated 10.12.2015 in Dr Bimal Prasad Singh's case will govern the issue even in the present case.

Writ is dismissed.
