Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457/ 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In this case charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is rotting in custody since 15.11.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
