JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant, his mother, wife and son were assaulted with iron rod, lathi and danda. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. For the occurrence of 28.07.2014, the FIR was lodged on 01.08.2014 and most of the injuries have been found to be incised when there is no accusation of making assault with sharp cutting weapon and there is counter version of the occurrence also, though, some of the injuries have been found to be grievous.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20984 of 2015 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
