The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 01.10.2018, as stated in paragraph-11 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.554 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Case and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. It has further been argued that the petitioner has falsely been apprehended on accusation of recovery of one country-made loaded pistol. Despite the fact that the petitioner

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.554 of 2018.
