Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

At the very outset, learned Addl. P.P. by drawing my attention towards paragraph Nos. 27 and 31 of the case diary has submitted that the bond under Section 41 (1) has been prepared. As such, there is no apprehension of arrest against the present petitioner.

In the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15470 of 2021(4) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
