2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise P.S. Case No. 06/2013, registered for offence punishable under Section 47(a)(f) of Excise Act.

3. The petitioner has moved this application after a lapse of 12 years and he has not assigned any plausible reason of approaching this Court after a delay of 12 years. It appears that petitioner has got no apprehension of arrest and as such, this anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
