The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No.42 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 80(2), 85 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed his wife. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased had committed suicide after taking poison and the petitioner and his family members had informed this fact to the informant in the night itself.

During investigation materials have come to

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada / concerned Court below, in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No.42 of 2025.
