JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 The instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 11.03.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hajipur in Complaint Case No. C 1597 of 2006 by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence under Sections 120-B and 304-B of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
