JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 In this case, an explanation was sought from the concerned clerk for not placing the I.A.'s in the Court. Having considered the explanation, the clerk is directed to be careful in future. In this case, the petitioner has prayed for allowing him to appear in the examination for the Dresser Course which was to be conducted by the respondents. However, by efflux of time since the examinations are already over, the present writ petition has been rendered otiose and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to raise the issue involved if need so arises in future.
